Action Packed Racing for IRA the Next Two Weekends

This coming Saturday night, Sept 19th, is a big night for both the IRA and Beaver Dam Raceway. Both IRA’s Bumper To Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprints, and AutoMeter Wisconsin wingLESS Sprints will be track side at Beaver Dam for the running of the annual Scott Semmelmann Memorial. The following weekend, Sept 25-26 will be a doubleheader for both the 410’s and the wingLESS groups. Friday’s show is at the Dodge County Fairgrounds and pays tribute to both Rick Schmidt and Fuzzy Fassbender in a all Sprint Car event featuring the IRA Outlaws, MSA 360’s, and the wingLESS. Then Saturday is the annual point finale for all WI based sprint car racing with the running of the Wisconsin Sprint Car Championships / Checkered Classic at the Plymouth Dirt Track, as IRA pays tribute to many, including Frank Filskov, Dick Witt, and Dick Symoens. All of whom played a major role in bringing IRA to current respected status within the sprint car industry. The Plymouth show will crown series champs for the Bumper To Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Series, MSA/PDTR 360 Sprints, AutoMeter Wisconsin wingLESS Sprints, and IRA Lightning Sprints. Three nights of multi-division sprint car racing on tap, Wisconsin style.
